Terms and Conditions for Employers

• Employers who have access to the “tnvelaivaaippu” online portal for private placement are required to furnish correct and complete information about the vacancies notified by them.
• If the information furnished are found to be false or incorrect, Employers are liable for legal proceedings either by Department of Employment and Training or by the affected individuals.
• The responsibility of verifying the documents of jobseekers is vested with the Employers.
• Employers are solely responsible for the smooth conduct of the recruitment process.
• Government / Quasi government organizations are responsible for strictly following the rule of reservation as per G.O (MS).no No. 55, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department, dated 08.04.2010, Instruction issued through G.O.Ms>No 44 Labour and Employment (T2) Department dated 11.3.2015 and other related appointment rules should also be followed.

I declare that the information provided by me is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I declare that whenever I access the online “tnvelaivaaippu” portal for private placement of Department of Employment and Training for vacancies and manpower requirements, I would submit only the complete and correct details.

I declare that the details of job seekers, obtained from the “tnvelaivaaippu” portal for private placement is meant only for the purpose of providing employment.

I declare that I am authorized to access the portal on behalf of my organization.

I declare that no cash or any other form of consideration shall be demanded or accepted from jobseekers.

விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள்.

• வேலைவாய்ப்பு இணையதளத்தில் பணியமர்த்தவும் இ.ஆர்-1 அறிக்கை உள்ளீடு செய்யவும் உள்ளே நுழைய அனுமதி பெற்ற வேலையளிப்பவர்கள் முழுமையான மற்றும் உண்மையான காலியிட அறிப்புகளையும் இ.ஆர். -1 விவரங்களையும் அளிக்கக் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்
• அவ்வாறு அளிக்கப்படும் தகவல்களில் உண்மைக்குப் புறம்பாகவோ அல்லது தவறான தகவல்கள் கண்டறியப்படின், அவ்வேலையளிப்பவர்கள் மீது வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் பயிற்சி துறை அல்லது பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களால் சட்டப்படியான நடவடிக்கைக்கு உட்படுத்தப்படுவர்.
• பணிநாடுநர்களது ஆவணங்களின் மெய்த்தன்மையினை உறிதிசெய்வது, வேலையளிப்பவரின் பொறுப்பாகும்.
• தேர்வு செய்யும் பணியினை சீராக மேற்கொள்வது வேலையளிப்பவரின் பொறுப்பாகும்.
• அரசு/அரசு சார் நிறுவனங்கள் அரசாணை(நிலை) எண் 55 பணியாளர் மற்றும் நிர்வாக சீர்திருத்தத் (எஸ்) துறை நாள் 8.4.2010 -ல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள இன சுழற்சி முறை, அரசாணை(நிலை) எண் 44 தொழிலாளர் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புத் (டி2)துறை நாள் 11.3.20215-ல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள நடைமுறைகள் மற்றும் இதர நியமன விதிகளை தவறாது பின் பற்றிட வேண்டியது அவர்களது பொறுப்பாகும்

என்னால் அளிக்கப்படும் தகவல்கள் அனைத்தும் உண்மையானதும், எனது அறிவுக்கும் நம்பிக்கைக்கும் உரித்தானது என உறுதியளிக்கிறேன்

தமிழக அரசின் வேலைவாய்ப்பு இணையதளத்தில் பணிக்காலியிடம் மற்றும் மனித தேவைக்கு அணுகும் நேர்வுகளில், நான் முழுமையான மற்றும் உண்மையான தகவல்களை அளித்துள்ளேன் என உறுதியளிக்கிறேன்.

தமிழக அரசின் வேலைவாய்ப்பு இணையதளத்தில் பெறப்படும் வேலைநாடுநர்களின் தகவல்கள் அனைத்தும், வேலைவாய்ப்பளிக்கும் நோக்கத்திற்காகவே பயன்படுத்தப்படும் என்றும் உறுதியளிக்கிறேன்.

நான் இவ்விணையதளத்தினை எனது நிறுவனத்தினால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டதாலேயே அணுகுகிறேன் என உறுதியளிக்கிறேன்.

வேலை நாடுந்ர்களிடமிருந்து எவ்வித பணமோ அல்லது சலுகையோ கோரமாட்டேன்.
